HOW DO I REGISTER?

1 REGISTER AS A SUPPLIER - Look for the registration button at the top right corner of the website
- Fill in the form with the company and attending delegates details
- Select your meeting package (and AD page if desired)
- Choose your login email & password
- Please read carefully through the conditions
- Submit the form
2 “SUPPLIER DELEGATE PACKAGE” - A member of Madison Events will confirm your registration and send you via email the “supplier delegate package”. - It contains all the important information you need to know about in order to prepare your participation at the event
3 INVOICE - Invoice is issued and sent via email - Make sure all details are correct
- We will activate your online profile and login to website after the payment is made
4 LOGIN AT THE WEBSITE - Look for the Login button at the top of the website
- Login using email & password you chose on the registration form
- Update your profile (delegate photos, company presentation)
- Have a look at the attending specifiers, when available according to dates in the “delegate package”
5 April 23rd - 27th MEETING SELECTION - Accept or reject the meetings chosen by specifiers
- Select your meetings and finish up the list according to your priorities and number of meetings.
6 May 2nd
MEETING PROGRAMME
- You will receive via email your provisional meeting programme.This programme is subject to final changes
- Your final meeting programme will be given to you in the morning at the entrance of the meeting room on May 25th
